Culver’s — Restaurant in Washington

I really enjoy going to Culvers, especially since they offer gluten-free items. However, we had a really long day today with a red-eye flight and hardly any food. So when we got home, Culvers was our restaurant of choice since it has really good gluten-free food that has never given us any issues. My mom doesn't like hamburgers, so she ordered an unbreaded chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. When we get to the window, she is told that the chicken has been changed and now contains wheat. I understand that things like this happen on a regular basis, but it would have been nice to know that the menu of the only gluten-free restaurant had shrunk. I ordered 2 large concrete mixers. When I got them they were half melted and slopped all over the top of the lid. Also one was a medium instead of a large and the large didn't even look like a large and it wasn't even put into a logo'd cup. On the receipt it showed a large and medium so the worker taking the orders must not know how to listen properly. I went to this same location a few nights ago and same thing happened they were half melted, but they both were large as ordered, the other problem was one concrete mixer was missing ingredients but all of the ingredients were on the ticket. This is usually a better location to come to but having multiple problems every time I've been coming here lately is making me not want to return to...

Took over 60 min to get our food. We were waiting in the drive thru and ended up having to call the store to get our food because we thought they forgot about us. Then they brought out our food but were missing the ice cream. Then it took another 20 min to get the ice cream and by then our food was cold. The lady basically just threw them ice cream at us too and ran away in order to avoid any confrontation. There weren't even that many people in line, so the team was just very slow. Also when we got home we found we had missing food items. This is 2 times in a row this type of situation has happened. We love Culver's but the service at this location makes it not...
