Connecticut Uniform — Local services in Waterbury

Started nursing school and of course ran in to get my uniforms last minute. A part of the uniform is a patch that has to get sewn on and unfortunately the seamstress is out today. I told them I would buy them separately but after speaking with Melissa we decided that wouldn't be a great idea since I'm not the best sewer. Melissa then volunteered to sew my patches on by hand. Everyone who works there is awesome and very attentive. Whenever you call to ask if there is a certain item, they actually check instead of just saying they don't have it. Worst place for customer service I have ever been in since I’ve been in Connecticut. waited at the counter for someone to come and help me and then she was too busy chasing her kid around the store while she was looking up stuff to order for me to other people came up and she just ignored me and help them. Then when they finally got order they told me they call me in a week and a half it’s been over a month I called was put on hold and nobody answered after 15 minutes hung up called again when they were supposed to be open got their answering machine left a message never...
