July 11th, 2024, 12:52 PM. Yes, this just happened. A delivery driver shows up with a delivery for my mother that she just made in person at their store. All he says is "Cherry Valley," and I'm visibly confused because I have no idea where my mother has gone for the day. He goes to the car, gets the receipt, says her name, and I say, "Yeah.". He throws up his arms out in the most annoyed matter, like I'm supposed to know what he's here for immediately when I've been home all day. He gives me the receipt, confirms the information once more, says "ok," and again throws his arms out as if I'm inconveniencing him. Afterwards, I receive everything he has to deliver and part ways.
My question for the driver and the staff at Cherry Valley is: Why didn't he bring the receipt with him to the door in order to more easily confirm he had the right house? The address was written down on the receipt and is right on the side of the door that he knocked and rang. Why didn't he realize the 20-minute difference between the payment of the order and his arrival at my house? Why did he feel the need to give me an attitude for not understanding why he was at my doorstep? All I said was "good morning" and then "no" when he said "Cherry Valley." He was here for less than 5 minutes and left a bad impression. Be better.

Read moreI’m really disappointed with my recent purchase from this store. I was sold fish that was clearly not fresh — it had a strong, off-putting smell and an unpleasant texture right out of the package. I expect better quality and proper food safety from a grocery store.
This isn’t just about a bad product — it’s about trust. Selling spoiled seafood is not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous. I won’t be returning unless major changes are made to how fresh food is handled here. This is not what snapper looks like or taste like. This store need to be investigate selling people these no good product . Wasting $40...
