Never Ever Again!!! I needed to have patches sewn onto a TKD uniform. I brought 8 patches and told him where I needed 1 of them. The rest I said you can put them wherever makes it easiest for you. I thought he said 18 dollars. I agreed and went back to get it. Yes the job was neatly done. But he said it was 80 dollars!! And yes there is language barrier so when I handed him a 20 he said no 80!! I said yes 18 and a 2 dollar tip.
