My Helix DSP (as in DSP for car audio) saw both the door on its optical port and its mini-USB port break off. For months I was told by car audio aficionados that it would "cost hundreds" and that I'm "better off just buying a new DSP" and never bothered to repair the thing ... then I decided I needed new speakers and had to have a DSP to properly set the levels on them. On a whim, I searched "electronics repair" and stumbled upon Gigamajig. It was SO EASY to schedule an appointment and the price was so excellently priced that I'm still shocked that things turned out as they did. It was only a few days and I got the DSP back! Not only does it work better than ever but the annoying optical port that never seemed to properly grip by optical cable works better than the OE one and the USB is no longer finicky like it was before. I couldn't be more happy and at a price that was 20x cheaper than buying a new unit. If you've got an amp, a DSP, a game console, a phone, an electronic whatever that is somehow broke or just isn't working like it should, get Gigamajig on it ... the repair will be cheaper than a replacement and you'll be glad you didn't throw out something you...

0 STARS! DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a scam. I made a PREPAID appointment on the website for today (8/31) at noon and no one was there. First off, the google address(Lake Orion) is incorrect, so when I called to confirm the new address the guy told me they haven't been at the Lake Orion address in over 7 YEARS! How long does it take for "TECH PEOPLE" to update a google page?? Not only that, but when I went to the "actual" address, all that's there is an unmarked building with papered up windows, and what looked like an unfinished building inside. I stood out there, on my work lunch, for 10 minutes ringing the doorbell and knocking, no one came out. WASTE. OF. TIME. AND. MONEY. Who knows what would have happened if I actually gave them my phone for the day. I'd probably never...

Brought my son's PS4 in for repair of the HDMI port. Communication was great, set up an appointment online, dropped it off as scheduled, paid the deposit to diagnose and it was ready the next day....other places want you to leave it woth them for up to a week or more. Everyone I encountered during my experience was absolutely great. Picked up and took it home and plugged right in but we found an issue with connecting the controllers, read that it could be the bluetooth, so I called them and asked if they may know, guy was great had set a time to bring it in same day that I called and he checked it on the spot, fixed it right then and there. Highly recommend and I will use this business again with another PS4 i have that has a bad HDMI port....
