Very Disappointed in the sign received. I called Fast Signs because I needed a sign done very quickly. After calling a couple places, I spoke with Tony who quoted me $25 for the sign. He said that if I sent over a picture of what I wanted he would create a proof, send it back to me for approval and then let me know when it was ready for pick up. Not only was a proof not received, the sign then doubled in price AND was not what I wanted. As you can see in the photos, the colors are completely different. He said that because a photo of a screen shot was sent, he had to recreate the whole design, which is why it was $50 instead of the original $25 quote. The text is the only thing he got right. When I called to express my disappointment, I spoke with another gentleman at the shop, who took down my number and said that Tony would give me a call back. Tony never called me back. I waited 2 days and decided to call Fast Signs again and by luck Tony answered the phone. He did not once apologize to me but instead kept blaming the photo that was submitted and said that he did a favor by getting the sign done so quickly. His customer service skills were completely lacking. He definitely lost a customer, that's for sure! The colors of a company are one of the most important aspects and he botched it. It might've been nice if I was trying to create a Children's Book but clearly I am not. His communication skills and follow up came up short. I would not recommend going here unless you don't care on how it comes out. Also not sure why it was so hard to create this simple design. It's an outline of an orange chainsaw with orange letters..... anyone with basic computer skills can create this design. It's not about the money at this point but the principle of the design. If Tony had apologized to me over the phone and handled the situation professionally instead of putting the blame on my photo, I wouldn't be writing...

I can’t say enough about the entire crew at FastSigns in Waterford. They created wonderful signage for a Celebration of Life event that we held a couple weeks ago in honor of my Mom. Many folks who attended the event loved and commented on the custom signs. Everyone involved in the process at FastSigns was so customer-focused and I am assuming that comes straight from the Owner, Tony. Special thanks to Cam who led the effort for us, as well as Heidi, Tyler, and I am sure others. If you need quality signage and you value excellent customer services, this is the place you need to go!! Well done...

Best business interaction I have ever had, went there for a banner as well as some magnetic signs for our Memorial Day Parade in Mystic. They were friendly, professional, great prices and they even donated the 6' Banner we had made. I took another order to them and they were back in touch with a PDF of our project for approval on the same day. Plus they have really cool cats in the office......the four legged kind.
