Cadillac XBC — Local services in Waterloo

Great place for a kids party, at a price point that is hard to contest at all. Very reasonable prices fairly clean, and they have a bar at this location, so it was nice to sip my Green Tea and watch my kids have a blast.

Bumpers, and even roll assist for the kiddos with these plastic dragons tails.

I'm not a great bowler by any means, I barely avg over 100, lanes were spotless, and the pizza from booking the party definitely saves the place in future kids parties, at least my shortlist.

Shoe rental was easy, the whole online experience was easy, hardest thing about the place is now they have an arcade, I would enjoy a fighting game or two, but these guys even flipped Buck Hunter backwards so no action games, more like carnie games with tickets as a prize.

There's also laser tag at this location, but I didn't have the money to check it out, but I assume it's really fun...

2 for 2 bad luck! The 1st time we scheduled our son’s party, they flat out lost our reservation. So you can imagine how upsetting that was when we arrived with party supplies in hand. Granted after scrambling, they did “find it” and thankfully the room was available for us to use. The food was delayed as a result but at least the guests could use the arcade, laser tag etc while waiting. On our 2nd for what you do(possibly final) reservation, they didn’t get the food out. We had to remind them several times. The party room was given away and we got placed in a room that is normally used as storage with 2 walls dividing the room partially. We had to ask for the arcade cards that were purchased and we never received the ice cream either. Once the food was brought out, nobody ever came back. Not wanting g a 3rd “STRIKE” you are out scenario...

First of all they know nothing about customer services, me and my friends went out on Saturday to shoot some pool and listen to some music, when we put some MEXICAN music on we were asked to stop playing our music as there was a bigger group that over populated us and deserved to listen to their music. First of all if you are a paying customer no one should ask you to turn your music down just because you don't understand it, not once did we complain about the music the other group was playing and for the so called manager " to turn the music down on us and laugh about it" its awful what this world is becoming to not even a manager can show respect to paying customers... reconsider attending this place as they have no respect for other.... we will be talking to the owner about this as this is disrespectful in...
