Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waterloo

I called the La Porte location in Waterloo on 9/12/2021 and placed an order at 7:15 PM. I was told by the lady on the phone that my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the location at 7:35 PM and waited in line for 5 minutes. When I made it to the counter a gentleman informed me that he had no record of my order in their system. At that point it became blatantly clear to me that the lady on the phone failed to enter my order in the system. The most insulting part was when the man asked me if I was sure I called the La Porte location and not the Ansborough location. I know who and where I called. I offered to show him my call log. He decided to take my word for it. I reordered my food and waited another 15 minutes. When I got a chance to talk to the lady who took my order over the phone again she failed to take accountability. She was rude to me and I didn’t receive an apology. It’s a shame that she’s getting paid $15-$20 an hour and can’t enter a simple order. Two orders of cinnamon sticks and one order of bread sticks. Come on. I should’ve ordered from the Ansborough location. Maybe I would’ve saved some time and received better service. The La Porte location needs to do better. Today 5/13 @11.23 pm placed an order online and the app kept taking my items off and I taught I’ll call them just to add the items …. I ordered a pizza last night and they sent me a cheese pizza, I stop the driver Aaron he came up and I showed him my receipt I paid for a meat lover and his receipt said cheese pizza, I asked him what should I do because they were closing he said he will see,I tried to call them to tell the manager, so She called me Ariel later that night told me I did not ordered that I have proof of my receipt and I told her what should I do it was 12:30 am. She was not trying to assist me and I was not happy for her being a manager and was calling me a lie, I said I have my receipt for what I paid for and the altercation went on, I told her refund my debit card and I never received my pizza.
