Absolute worst experience. Waited a week for my appointment- guy arrives and said I can't tell what is wrong with it, it's not plugged in. I said no one said to plug it in, he responded, did you ask. We don't fix this brand of appliance and you told our rep it was a an electrical issue. No sorry dude...I told your rep my make, model and serial number. I also told him the fridge was no longer cooling and he told me to unplug for 48 hours, replug back in and leave on for 24 hours. I did exactly as told...leave plugged in for 24 hours implies unplug if issue is not resolved. This guy told me three times they can not get parts or fix fridge. It is 7 years old so well past it's prime. Each time he stated but we can try and order parts, it it would be expensive...1st time he said it would probably run 500.00 so much cheaper if you buy a new one from us. I explained that I was not going to buy a new fridge, 500.00 is a heck of a lot cheaper than 3000. Again told me they don't fix this brand but he could try and order parts, he said it would probably cost 800.00. The third and final time he told me it would cost 1000 dollars. I finally called him on his BS and he said it was his discretion on what he charged me. He told me I would need to pay the 100.00.... Yeah, good luck getting me to...

Purchased Whirlpool Gas Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator to replace our older appliances. Ryan was knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful with all my questions. Spencer and Bob arrived at the designated time for installation. They were curteous, polite, and were expert at installing all appliances. They showed my husband and I on the operation of each appliance, apologized for any mess, and quickly cleaned behind themselves. All boxes and packaging were removed after setting everything up.
