I recently had a very disappointing experience at Waterloo Casino. After losing $2000 the day before without any issues, the very next day, when I won just $400, they suddenly banned me from playing blackjack without any reason. This is an absurd and ridiculous decision, especially for someone playing fairly. The service at this casino is also extremely poor—dealers frequently make mistakes when paying out. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and it feels like customer service is not a priority here. Compared to other casinos like Tama, the difference in service quality is huge. On top of that, they often close early at night due to a lack of guests, and their closing times don’t even match what’s listed on their website or at the entrance. Room was very dirty. Sticky stuff on side tables, trash in one of the drawers, used tube of lipstick on the floor, and the alarm clock on the side table looked destroyed. Very gross.

Called front desk and staff moved us across the hall to a new room. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

New room was a little better but not by much. Bathroom vent didn’t work and one of the lights above our bed didn’t work. Checked out as soon as we woke up and definitely feel like a shower is needed after staying here.
