Supper at Brew Brothers located at the Isle Casino Hotel in Waterloo. I ordered walleye with broccoli and coleslaw and husband got the NFC north burger. The fish was good, broccoli was too much and husband got undercooked burger. They're the only restaurant that was open at the hotel when we were there so this was just a random pick. #food #foodtiktok #restaurant #restaurantreviews #waterlooiowa #burgers #walleye Food 3/5 Service 3.9/5 Ambiance 3.7/5 Will I go back? No P.S. The clip at the beginning of the video was taken when we were leaving

The Brew Brothers is currently the Isles food option if your so inclined to dine while out this way. This changes almost yearly as being a casino they tend to jump on the end of what’s currently ‘in’ in the Midwest which if your from the east or west was out along time ago. $15 burgers and salads and some other meat options in the &30 and up range. The menu is Applebeesish only smaller and more expensive. My chicken Caesar salad had lettuce that had seen better days and a slab of flashed cooked chicken that left my mouth thirsty and dry. The service was ok and had that high school I don’t want to be here feel. The Isles never paid attention to anything but gaming and probably just think of this place as the last place to get your wallet as you head out the door. For a Caesar’s casino I’m sure Waterloo sits on the bottom the list of their holdings but that’s no reason to give their patrons average options. The Brew Brothers does serve breakfast and I may or may not try sometime. Enjoy! PS. Their is a pizza joint next door but I’ve never seen it open as well as some sorta bakery/burger/coffee quick eats type place that I’ve seen people at from time to time.

Tasty lil sports bar. Plenty of tvs for your viewing pleasure, with a menu to match your taste buds and a bar to quench your thirst! Weekday specials 11am-5pm for $11 & specialty dishes on the weekends! The Taco salad is super crunchy & delish. Want a burger? Try the Iowa Burger? Everything is worth trying on the menu! Finish it off with a Midnight Moon dessert or one of their frothy shakes!!

Brutal honesty time, but let me preface this by saying, THERE'S SO MUCH POTENTIAL THERE. Listen up staff. The beer selection is what drew me in. A little local, a little well known staple without Busch, Bud or High Life mucking it up. Well and good. I tried to order burnt ends. And they were out. If you made a lot and they just sold out, God bless you. But if it sells like that, make more. That's a huge money making opportunity for you guys, and a great chance for people to see what Iowa can do in the way of BBQ. Now, on to what we ordered. My wife ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and fries. A classic. The burger itself was COOKED to perfection. A little pink in the middle, juicy and well chared. However, the seasoning was LACKING. And that's saying a lot since I have a light salt pallet. The fries were a little under done. I had the wings with Bangkok sauce and blue cheese with onion rings and ranch. For the love of God. You could put Wing Stop or BWW out of business with the quality of the wings. But the sauces need more spice, OR a few more variety of sauces. The onion rings were fat, crispy and hot. The ranch tastes like it's made in house in the best way possible. Now, let's talk about the service. Our presence wasn't even acknowledged for about 10 minutes after we walked into the door, seated ourselves, got our own menus, and pretty much stared the bartender down. After she finally came over, she took our drink and food orders, by that time we had the menu memorized. It just seemed like she didn't even want to be there. That's all I got. Up to you what you decide to do with this Intel....

Heard a lot of good things about this place. A couple of my family members and myself went out to the Isle to do a bit of gambling and to have dinner afterwards. Around 7:00 the three of us approached the restaurant only to be told by the hostess there were no seats available and that we had to wait. They had a large family come in unexpectedly and that the kitchen was running behind. Ok, understandable at first, but I noticed that HALF of the restaurants tables were empty including normal and high top tables. We asked if we could sit at the bar, however the hostess seemed quick to point out that 3 bar seats in a row were non existent. Again I'm stareing into a restaurant with nearly HALF the tables empty, a busy bar, and the large party of people off in one section of the restaurant.

While apologetic the hostess made no real attempt at keeping us there. We would have been happy to sit down at one of the empty tables in the restaurant and had a few drinks and socialized a bit until the kitchen got caught up. No offer made though just a bunch of "I'm sorrys"

Management that night obviously has no clue how to handle a large crowd even though HALF of their restaurant was empty. To make matters worse the casino also did not have their other two restaurants operating either. Ended up going into town where we ate at a popular restaurant that also had a couple large parties going on, but obviously knew how to handle being "busy".

Do yourself a favor and dont bother dining out at any Isle...

Ok so our experience started off bad from the start we had a group of 8 that came in and we were told 45 mins right away while 3/4 of the place was empty. Some waited at the bar and others went into the casino. After our table was finally ready the waitress didn't give us menus of any kind and rushed through drinks orders and forgot half them as she didn't write them down. After ordering appetizers and meals. When the appetizers came out some were cold and others were missing, When meals arrived they didn't have three of the meals ready. Those without meals waited almost another 20 mins before their food arrived. We asked to speak to the manager about it but he was too busy up front flirting with the hostess. When he finally came to our table it was another 5 mins before the food arrived at the table by then all the others had finished eating. The manager then apologized for the inconvenience and asked if anybody wanted a shake, now most would conclude this would be an attempt to correct the mishap. When it came time for bills the waitress mixed up numerous couples even though we told her before hand who was on each tab. Then to find out we were charged for the shakes as well. We asked numerous times for togo boxes and had to wait 15 mins to get those. all while she had our table and one other. The experience and lack of service was unacceptable to say the least. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as this establishment was...
