Caught influenza from your store, despite this being the only place we visited in the last month. I homeschool. So how is it that you sanitize and thoroughly clean after closing at 11pm and require masks to be worn during store hours yet I contracted influenza from here, doctor diagnosis from store visit Monday 3 days ago? Was horribly sick on Tuesday. All symptoms of influenza have been felt in 2 short days. Doctor said" make a note on store site since you can't use your voice today". Visit was May 24th 2021, today is May 27th. And it's only today that my head is steady and focussed enough to even check my phone for messages. Thank God my seven year son has a stronger immune system to be over the virus already. Think about what safety measures your store actually has employees following cause I saw 2 curb side employees in aisles without a mask. Practice what you "preach" or "enforce". Follow the mask signs and disinfecting "practice" you post on your website and physical store sites, otherwise take the sign down since all your employees do not follow what you "enforce" customers to do. Hypocrisy is a horrible way to...
Read moreHolly the manager is absolutely awful. I had a return so I waited at Guest Services for 30 minutes before I called to speak with a manager. When I did, she told me to come over to the self check out so I did. I waited, and she proceeded to help everyone behind me. When she finally came over I said âdo you have anyone else to help that was after me or can you help me?â She then proceeded to help an employee that waited after me because she was off the clock. When I said âyour seriously going to help an employee before me?â She said âsheâs off the clockâ I said âI was here before her?!â She ignored me. This happened around noon today September 5th. I will be taking this to the store owner, corporate as well as everyone I know in the area. I had a 5 month old in my car with my husband and had to deal with this. Absolutely disgusting, I as a manager to a medical practice understand it is very very hard to get staff. But you donât keep bad management just because you donât...
Read moreI used to love going here. However, I have changed my opinion since COVID. Even before the epidemic, I was already growing frustrated with them. The bathrooms are in poor condition, the one by the pharmacy always being dirty, the main bathroom run down. Since curbside pickup has become a thing the employees will block the aisles with their carts as they are compiling peoples' orders. The stock crew parks one or more loads of stock/carts in the middle of aisles, not bothering to move for customers. Since the outbreak, the store is hit or miss on most items and there are many things I have just had to give up on buying from there because it is never in stock. In addition, there is frequently a long wait at the pharmacy, usually only two aisles open for grocery check out. All the staff seems worn out, they are no longer cheerful and helpful like they used to be. I have now started relying on alternative stores despite adding an additional 15 minutes to my...
