BIGGBY Coffee — Restaurant in Waterville

I went in and ordered a hot chocolate add a cookie. when I tasted it tasted like old cookies. so I call the manager which is the owner She was very adamant that they were fresh cookies and they only keep their cookies for 3 days. So she told me that she put my name by the register and I would get a free once I said OK thank you. so I went in to get my replacement The lady at the register said there's no name with you for a free anything. I said OK when's the manager gonna be in . She said this afternoon. so I called back later and the girl that answered the phone very nice girl help me out she said I'll call the manager and I'll call you back I said OK she called me back and says the manager said she'll give you half off are you gonna give me a 1/2 off when I paid full price I well never go...

I enjoy the Wi-Fi, but the coffee is always Luke warm when you order it because they leave it sit out in non heated containers. There's not really any vegan options besides pp&j on a bagel. Lattes are standard pricing compared to Starbucks, but still expensive in my opinion. They used to have a microwave sit out at some locations and id heat the coffee back up, but they got rid of it. Then id ask for warm milk with it, but they started charging me extra for it. I like bigby but only because there are few...

Always get good coffee at this place. However, we asked this morning about military discount and was promptly met with "We don't do that." Every location I've been to in Indiana does.
