Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waterville

Yes its an alright place to work but trust me when I say people will stab you in your back and higher up will lie to your face. Was told I would get a raise and never did. I was there for 3 years straight at that company, never transferred, never left and came back or anything. Was a shift manager for 2 years and was getting paid 9.78 as other managers coming in after me with either no management experience or left and came back to the company was getting paid $10+ an hour. Also got yelled at bc freezer was off all night long and when I came into open the store everything in the freezer was unthawed. Got yelled at bc I threw away a bag of motts sticks away. They could definitely use alot more training on how to do their job as a general manager...

Was pretty good, could use some more cheese 🧀 on their pizza and CHEESE bread... but their pan pizza is really good. Their hut favorite crust topper makes their yummy, chewy crust that much better. Their boneless honey BBQ wings are good dipper in ranch and their regular, seasoned breadsticks with sauce are my favorite. A little bit of crunch/chewy on the outside, soft on inside, with their hut favorite seasoning on the outside. It's so good and seasoning is such a perfect blend that it is never overwhelming. We just got the family dinner box yesterday and it comes with 2 large pizzas, boneless wings and breadsticks with sauce for 21.99$. I had such a pleasant experience here. Their delivery driver called off for the night and that’s beyond anyones control, I had to wait an hour while they waited for door dash to respond. I ended up coming in to pick up, which really wasn’t a problem. The one employee went above and beyond to make sure my experience was still good despite the wait and they absolutely did. I received a credit for my time and the food was still great. They did amazing especially considering they were working alone. They kept such a positive attitude in a time that I know from personal experience is a tough time to do. 10/10 I wish I would’ve caught their name bc they were...
