1st time visitor. I called prior to visiting your store I asked what sales you had & if you offered a discount for 1st timers, the young lady said that all your products were already at discount price and way below competitors prices as well and that yes you did offer 1st timer discount however she wasn't sure how much. Well I arrived & was greeted by asking for id, was told to go in and look at windows and someone would come and take my order. Never Happened.! Instead people thought I was cutting in line 🤷‍♀️ So Instead I went to end of line. Finally reach the front after 25min and the associate MARIE was very rude when I started to ask questions about what special or sales they had and I asked about the 1st time discount. For goodness sake I shouldn't have ever asked because she made fun of me and made me feel like a fool infront of over 10 customer not including employees!. I didn't ask anymore questions and just showed her a picture of the online website of what I wanted. At that point she got sarcastically rude and yelled YOUR WELCOME AND GOOD BYE.

That was my 1st and LAST TIME VISITING THIS PLACE!! Your place is nice and have great prices however the employees need to be educated on customer service and...

As I sit here and smoke this infused keif-coated joint, I think about how I got here. Wait, how did I get here? Why am I here? Woah!! Damn, I love these STIIIZY joints. Oh yeah, I’m here to give a huge shout out to the Hook Outlet!!! I love this place! And a shout out to Ale and Sami. I love these girls!! And also to Alyssa, always hookin’ it up!! And also to Star, the Front Desk Super Star! John, Maggie, and the entire team, and of course Denny, he is the bomb.com!!! Best customer service ever. Went in today, was the only one at the front door. No line no one in front of me. The receptionist was on her phone and did not acknowledge me. After she was done reading whatever was on her phone. She greeted me as I was trying to hand her my ID. She took her time receiving my ID. Made me feel like I had to wait until she was ready. This is the second time this same girl treated me this way. As if to say "you can wait until I am ready!" I spoke with the manager and he did not apologize, did not say he would have a talk with her. Instead he acted all scared for whatever reason. I did not yell nor did l give that girl attitude. I simply asked to speak to her supervisor. For now I will take my business elsewhere. Entitled brats this...
