Two stars, because while they had an incredible selection and I found Hugo very helpful in the store, my subsequent experience went downhill. When we went back, the woman in the store was very unhelpful. We had Hugo come out to give us a quote (and he did seem very knowledgable when he visited), but it took nearly 2 weeks after the visit to come to us with any pricing. We did not get a written quote with a price breakdown, but just a phone call with one large price. It was very unprofessional and honestly confusing. When I asked for a breakdown of materials & labor, he called the next day with another number, but not a breakdown of all the components. A local gem. John was fantastic - friendly, professional and made things happen quickly. I was on a tight timeline, so I chose a really nice carpet from what they had in stock. He arranged for measuring, estimate and installation very quickly. Stairs now look great with new carpet, super professional installation and for less than the big box store wanted to charge.
