I ordered shower system 7 of 9 came promptly and the other two I found because I searched were to be be 25 week lead time. No email or phone message to make me aware. After 1 hour hold the associate did not offer ANY help with suggested substitute was very impatient at best and only repeated I could cancel! What? I asked to speak to her manager she said she was the highest level person. I argued unless her last name is Ferguson I don’t accept that. Then she asked what I wanted to speak to them for. Awful! With another 30 minute wait, for a person who acted no differently but said she was in the office of the VP. Covered my experience, nothing for solution

Today I found a possible solution, a 40 second hold, confirmed form fit function and confirmed “halt” on the shower head and handle I had on order. Order, confirmation and credit achieves in 7 minutes. I would have NEVER received previous order and doubt if I would be notified.

Two years ago I purchased a light fixture for my son and his wife from Kari in Wausau. This year a globe and bulb was accidentally broken. I called Kari asking for info on the fixture to replace the bulb and globe. She identified the fixture but has not responded to two voicemails and three emails. This fixture now sells for $729 and is far too expensive to replace. I will contact Hinkley directly to try and obtain the replacement parts and will not bother Kari or Ferguson in Wausau again! FYI- my husband and I have purchased and are remodeling a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home and will need light fixtures and other necessities that could be purchased at Ferguson but we will look elsewhere.

The last email was Dec. 13 and voicemail was Dec. 16. ...

Went there with my mom to pick out a tub with my mom cause I'm really big so need a big tub. We made it clear that it needed to be big enough for me and the lady was sure it would be but when it came and was installed it turned out that the size we had been told was the inside length was actually the outside length so it's quite a bit too short, like over a foot. But my parents won't do anything about it cause they think that since it was already mostly installed they can't do anything. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND, go somewhere else where they know what they are doing. The lady then told the owner we never said it needed to be long enough for me and we said we only cared about the width so they won't do...
