I wouldn't move here - The "Trailer Park" is a joke. Nothing for kids to do or really play. IF they play outside, others complain, and then you get a call/notice from the park manager. We were told by previous management that they were going to add a playground and a basketball court across the street (found out that was a lie), so if my kids want to play, I have to drive to a park so they can run around and play. From the time that we moved in here (2022), we have never met a friendly person. Everyone is snotty and rude. They do not take pride in any of the homes they put down; everything is just a quick install and made with cheap materials. They cut the doors incorrectly in our trailer; the trim is not lined up or cut properly, and is now falling off. The fixtures are not aligned with the drains, which are not properly installed. They didn't wait for the house to settle before they started painting, so now there are cracks in the walls and ceiling (I had to repaint the walls in our home due to them). Our lawn has patches where grass didn't grow or not at all because they threw grass seed down too late in the season. Messy install of windows, kitchen counters, etc. They have HOA rules, but swear they are a community. Management isn't great either, and nor is it consistent. It's literally an overpriced retirement community at this point. I do not recommend...

I moved here from a 5 acre farm that I thought would be my forever home. I lived in the country with faraway neighbors, three hours of mowing and the care of a pond....just too time consuming. Now 20 min of mowing and landscaping of my choosing! I still have 3 bedrooms, extra living room area, master bath, walk-in closet, attached garage—love it!! The owners and management are amazing - very helpful and prompt if you have questions or problems. Are there rules? Of course..that is why it is such a beautiful community...and the rules are well spelled out and explained from the very beginning. I love my neighbors and actually walk the neighborhood with one most mornings...a very safe pleasant place to walk. I am so happy I made the move here and truly love...

The kids and I absolutely loved living here! The neighbors were all very nice. The ladies at the office were all very nice and helpful too. I decided to sell my trailer because my kids are getting bigger and we need more room. The owner, Mark did an excellent job of getting us through the selling process. I do recommend living here in...
