My grandmother and I came in to purchase some jewelry. She had a 15% off discount card. As we were checking out, the employee with shortish blonde hair completely took advantage of my grandmother. As my grandma handed her the credit card, she said wait I have a coupon. The employee then proceeded to quickly run my grandmothers card and complete the transaction rather than waiting for my grandmother to find her coupon. No one was even in the store. There was no rush. She knew my grandma was looking for the coupon. Then my grandma hands her the coupon and the employee tells her it’s too late and she should’ve gotten it out quicker. The employee could have easily cancelled the transaction and redid it with the coupon. She didn’t. She said she couldn’t. My grandma proceeds to feel bad and apologize. Terrible service.
