The Table on Fulton — Restaurant in Wauseon

Thought I would try a different place out in Fulton Co. for breakfast. It was a weekend not too busy, I was by myself so I sat at the counter. I ordered biscuits and gravy, along with the hash. The CBH describes as "hand shredded corned beef with hash browns and onions, topped with 2 eggs and slice of toast." What I was served was long 3-4" pieces of tasty corned beef on top hardly cooked hash browns with a few slightly sauteed onions. This is not what I consider a CBH, it needed a thorough chopping and mixing of HB onions and CB, then crisp up on the flat top. The ½ order of B&G was definitely not amazing, the drop biscuits were cold in the middle and dry, the gravy was very peppery, I normally add a lot of pepper, but on that morning. My server was pleasant and prompt communication was minimal but adequate. The restaurant was open with a large comfortable counter separating the dinning room from the kitchen, kinda like Carrabba's. Previously Sully’s Bistro, The Table is under new ownership and the good news here is man, can that ownership cook!

I stopped in for lunch and was so surprised by the food placed in front of me.

With relatively low expectations, I ordered the day’s special, a cheeseburger, with broccoli salad and a coke.

What came out was an absolutely perfectly cooked burger on absolutely perfectly toasted and buttered Texas Toast. I think I saw God tasting this burger, I kid you not.

I am not even a burger person, and I’ve returned with friends three other times preaching the good word about this dang sandwich.

I’ve since also tried the potato salad, and it’s just as yummy as the broccoli.

Also can’t leave without a s’mores...

Picked up a large order for work and 2 meals and the pretzels were left out. I tried to call multiple times to let them know I was coming back but was sent to a VM that wasn't accepting messages. I drove back to the restaurant to get the missing orders and had to wait for the pretzels and one item to be made. After I returned to work with the missing food items, we unfortunately discovered that the pretzels were cold and raw inside, the chicken salad was on dry, stale bread ( not on a flakey croissant as stated in the menu ) and the sweet potato hash was just sweet potato fries.
