My wife is up in Ohio with her parents for work with our two kids while I’m currently Active Duty stationed in Texas. Today, my 2 year old daughter locked my wife out of the house as she was getting my 11 month old son out of the car. My wife called me and immediately we started figuring out a plan on how to get in the house. I called Pflager Locksmith and explained the severity of my situation. I told the person that I didn’t care how much it cost, I just needed them to hurry. Without hesitation, the person I was speaking with verified the address and assured me he could arrive in 10-15 minutes. I lost my key fob at my job in fayette Ohio today and I called as soon as I noticed I lost my keys(around 2:30-3:00 am seeing I work thirds…) first time I didn’t get a wander at first but then called one more time and the gentleman that answered, the phone was very polite and very understanding and very thorough about his job. It took them a minute to get to me, but as soon as I got to me, they got my car done within a matter of minutes and got me a new key fob. And gave me a Whole year to two year warranty on my key fob. I cannot complain, but I can say that I will be referring P flagger locksmith to anyone. I know that gets locked out of the car. They were very speedy and very helpful and very kind and the I had to pay for a new key fob and installation fee was not bad at all again I definitely would recommend them to anybody...

My mom died yesterday. I left my keys on the back of her car where I was talking to the paramedics. My step dad drove her car and my keys ended up in the road and got ran over repeatedly before we located them. I called these guys and they came right over. They were able to fix my key and made me a new one. They didnt charge me and he even hugged me. It meant a lot and I am so grateful to the kindness that still exists. Yesterday was hard for me and they didn't have to be so kind. They run a business.. but humanity overshadowed and it was a beautiful thing. Thank you two from the bottom of my heart.
