Circle K — Local services in Waveland

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this gas station this past Tuesday, August 7th. I am eighteen years old and I came into Circle K with the intention of buying some Juul Pods. The lady at the register refused to give it to me because my friend (who was obviously of age) did not have her ID, let me remind you that I was the one purchasing these jul pods, not my friend. I came back later on that day BY MYSELF and the same lady recognized me and still REFUSED to give me the jul pods. Out of desperation I asked if my father could come in and by them for me, like a child (as she was rightfully treating me like one) and still refused. There is no reason what so ever why she shouldn't have given me the juul pods when I came back by myself. Very unprofessional and put me at such an inconvenience and I have never been treated so much like a child. It made me wonder would this rule still apply if lets to say I would have came in with my thirteen year old sister, or if you're a grown adult trying to purchase cigarettes while with your teenage kid. I should be treated the same as any adult for the law states EIGHTEEN AND OLDER. I was so upset I talked about my encounter on one of my social media apps and I have had SEVERAL people tell me that they have experienced the same rude and inconvenience behavior from workers at Circle K. Its known around town that Circle K is the WORST gas station in the Bay/Waveland area. I go in here daily, usually not any problems besides the half and half being empty most of the time.Today was terrible,there were no xl or large coffee cups on counter ,I Ask the girl she said truck is coming.Since I paid for the sip and save ,I asked if I can get 2 small cups she said no.I was checking out and I said I'm Not going to write a bad Google review because usually it's pretty good on this store. The girl got very defensive and told me not to come back to her store. I reiterated that it's usually good in the store and that I was not going to write a bad review,she made the COVID excuse and told me Don't come into her store .If this was her store she wouldn't talk to a customer like that. If she did she wouldn't have a store for long . the attitude and the way she disrespected me has prompted me to write this review. It was as if she was my paying customer. So yes most of the time this store is good with the coffee bar,however the half and half in the dispenser is more times than not empty. The workers are nice but this store does not have any rules regarding the covid 19. Yesterday while i was in the store about 12 people walked in and they were all lined up by the coffee bar and not one of them were 6 ft apart. On top of that not one of the wore mask. There is suppose to be a glass at the front register but it has been gone for over a month. Some of the workers don't wear mask. I thought there was suppose to be a limit on how many people can enter at one time. There were so many violations it was crazy. This store is doing a poor job at protecting its customers...
