Me and My boyfriend Matt Tierney ordered a sectional, ottoman and entertainment center there Jan 12th. It's February 14th and it's still hasn't even been shipped to the store. The delivery timeline we were given was Jan 24th to Feb 14th. Well, that didn't happen. We are both very upset, very frustrated sitting on lawn chairs for over a month now waiting for our furniture. If we knew this was the case, never would've ordered it. We would've gotten it on amazon with 2-day shipping. I am officially asking for 50% off my order for all the incorrect and misleading info that was provided to us. Not once anybody called us to update on shipment. We've been calling at least once a week. This is unacceptable, and I am no longer going to just sit here and wait for NOTHING. Plus, we paid $79 for delivery, that didn't even happen. Very...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THE WAVERLY STORE. Not only was our sectional past the 20 week eta, but they refused to give us the promised 14% discount and lied and said it wasn't late. We also ordered 2 different sized ottomans to see which one would fit with the sectional. The first ottoman came in months after the sectional and then someone at the store took it upon themselves to cancel the 2nd one. We then had to wait even longer, I'm talking months, to get the second one in to look at. After all the BS we dealt with, we weren't given any discounts or apologies. Will NEVER buy from here again and will be spreading the word about our horrible experience. Couldn't give 0 stars...

The staff was minimally helpful. Giving 2 stars to you is only because they were minimally pleasant.

We were told it was free delivery, but no mention that free delivery meant dropping off at the front door only. I was later told it would cost $100.00 for them to bring in and set up. Later I find out that the $100.00 was only for them bringing in and putting down the boxes. No one EVER said anything or offered anything for putting the table and chairs together.
