This store’s Pharmacy is by far the worst. Prescriptions are always out of stock and therefore delayed. A person shouldn’t have to wait for 2 WEEKS to have a glucose monitor filled! They don’t notify you how many days the order will be ready. What really stinks is you get multiple delay notifications as the days go by—horrible. I could go to Walmart in Waverly and buy the glucose monitor as it is in stock, but want insurance to pay for some of it. Had same issues with prescriptions, so now get most of them via express scripts! There is only one prescription I get from WG currently and I will be transferring it to another Pharmacy, probably Hy-vee. Enough is enough!! Walgreens corporate is this really the image you accept from your stores!?...

I entered my email incorrectly on my daughters test result was not coming back through email so I’d have proof of negative. The gals worked with it in the computers at the very end of what I’m sure was a long day and got it sent to me in time! Ian was also super helpful in administering the tests. Thanks guys! Older, dark haired pharmacy tech so rude to everyone I know who uses their services. Im nervous to even pick up my prescriptions anymore here. Makes you feel like a bother for picking up YOUR prescriptions. Relays false info to the pharmacist when clearly is annoyed with end of shift duties.
