I rented a bouncy castle and cotton candy machine. The service was incredibly professional! Great communication throughout and the setup was perfect.The gentleman were great with teaching me how to use the cotton candy machine and how to safely use the bouncy castle.

Everything arrived on time and we had great communication the day of and the days leading up.

The kids had a blast! I would recommend the cotton candy machine for any event as well, not just kids parties. It’s easy to use thanks to the great lesson I got on delivery and it’s something you can’t get everyday.

The website is also great. I work in IT and can really appreciate a good user interface. Selecting multiple items to rent and then the ability to pay everything online was perfect. No frustrations.

I’ll definitely be renting from here...

We can’t say enough great things about NJ Bounce House! Not only do they provide the best bouncy houses, but the professionalism of the company is top notch! They came and set up in our yard and spent ample time sanitizing the house, which we were so appreciative of! The kids had an absolute blast with the bouncy house and obstacle course we rented, which were so eye catching! We literally had people stop just to ask us questions about the bouncy house and course! I was getting messages from parents saying how amazing our party was and how their kids didn’t want to leave! So needless to say, because of our amazing experience, we will be using them again! Thank you for making the day...

Shak [and his team] have exceeded our expectations. He is detail oriented, thorough in answering questions, and attentive from the start of our first engagement with NJ Bounce House to the very end. Safety measures were taken and basic safety guidance was clearly provided to ensure the kids were safe while having fun. We also had to make last minute changes to our plan due to inclement weather and the accommodation was superb. We could not have asked for more, and our son, along with his friends, had an absolute blast with the dual combo set (bounce castle + dual slide).

I normally do not leave reviews, but this experience was just too good to pass on.
