This restaurant is open under new ownership and completed refurbished.. The restaurant is open for takeout only at this time, but I really wanted to try the food so I decided to have the food as takeout. I was very impressed by the food, the service and the packaging. I had Crispy Calamari and Shrimp Pad Thai. I arrived at the time the website said my food would be ready and it was right there waiting for me. On a table with some other orders that were also ready. There were 2 people waiting and I asked if they had been waiting long and they said that they had arrived early and it wasn't their time yet. The restaurant was very nice inside and proper protection was worn by the staff and customers and all were respecting social distancing. It was a pleasant experience.
When I arrived home and started my dinner, I found that the food was hot and ready to eat. The Crispy Calamari was perfectly done very crispy on the outside and properly cooked calamari on the inside. The dish came with 2 containers of dipping sauce. Spicy Thai and a creamy sauce. The dish was delicious. The Pad Thai was also very well prepared and I thoroughly enjoyed it also.
The décor of the restaurant was very appealing to me and I look forward to eating there at a very nice table when I am...
Read moreI am really not the one to write bad reviews as I am very forgiving. Even if the dish was not that great this would not be the reason for such a bad review. But it's the simple fact that even though restaurants are suffering right now and need customers to survive. Don't blame it on the pandemic because of stuff like this such as me ordering the pad see ew with chicken and then this restaurant thinking that I am stupid. Let me explain. In the photos you see that I have mostly eaten the noodles and what you see in the picture is the chicken left behind because it was not edible. I tasted one piece of chicken and it crumbled in my mouth and was extremely dry. What this tells me is that they gave me re-cooked chicken that they claim is fresh in their dishes. The chicken looks crazy like chicken scraps. It only takes one time for a restaurant to do me dirty like this and I am done. I will not return for the simple fact that they had an opportunity to put fresh chicken in my dish. Understand that by serving people stuff like this you can really make somebody sick and when I say sick I mean REALLY SICK. This was my first time here but I am just so...
Read morePlaced a decent-sized order and everything was ready when I arrived.
The curry puffs were delicious, always a favorite from Thai restaurants. Just wish there were more than 3 to an order for the price.
The ‘shrimp in a blanket’ stayed crispy - and was more or less what I expected. Probably wouldn’t order that again.
Both fried appetizers had a hole cut into the box to allow the steam to escape and stay crispy - this is terrific.
I also ordered the ribs. They were tender and delicious.
The Pad See Ew was a little different than others that I’ve had- but delicious nonetheless.
The Pad Thai, the quintessential Thai dish, was outstanding. Flavorful, generous portion, and perfectly cooked.
The sticky rice didn’t travel so well, but I would give it another shot for dine-in when the conditions allow.
Overall, very good. Friendly service and fast.
Very clean inside and the staff was aware of distancing and other covid...
