Big Lots — Local services in Waynesboro

I purchased a keyboard with the mouse from Charlottesville branch and asked them specifically if I can return which they said no, but I can return it to the branch in Waynesboro. My sister went to that branch to return it, they did not take it because they do not know why they told us that. That is the most inconvenient answer I have ever heard, the same branch, but do not accept returns. I love this store. Everything is always affordable and this location in particular is very neat and clean. It is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. When I checked out, the cashier mentioned a nice savings if I would apply for the credit card they offered. I felt that it was a good bargain overall and the product was exactly as stated. Before the change in management, the atmosphere, employees, etc., all seemed generally nicer. What you'd hope to expect.

I guess it doesn't help that Delia, the manager, isn't worried about being professional and instead, prefers to run the store into the ground.
