Taco Bell — Restaurant in Waynesboro

This place is awful. We stopped going here for a year because staff was terrible, just started going back, went 3 times in last two weeks and the three trips were bad. Last night Tuesday the 5th of June was the worst. All three times we had to wait forever in drive thru to the point of it being ridiculous. Last night took close to half an hour or more to wait for food (only 2 cars in front of us), we had to correct our order multiple times while placing it because Taylor (large woman w dark hair) couldn't get the orders straight. She did this the two previous times too. Last night, Tuesday, she also made us two slushies which were dripping and sloppy, lids were not on fully, hubby realized this when he went to take a sip after we left and dumped neon red slushy all over himself and interior of car. The nachos bell grande had literally a tiny scoop of meat and were mostly beans and sour cream. And best part, they had hair in them!!!! How freaking gross!!! Could hear the employees laughing and joking about how sloppy the food they were making was while we waited. The larger gal Taylor has also hit on my husband the three times we have gone in. Last night was the worst. As soon as we got to the window it started w a whiney voiced, "oh hunny" and went from there. Finished and started every sentence to him with hunny even after I said something the previous visit. Not cute. Husband literally cringed every time she spoke to him. Really shocked by this behavior, is she there to work Or find a boyfriend? Totally grossed out by the hair in our food and put off by the trashy behavior exhibited by employees. This place needs a manager who knows what they are doing and can actually handle the employees, they're worst than the one in staunton and that's saying something. Isn't there a regional manager who can fix these stores even if the local store managers can't? Or do they just not...

I just needed to give credit to the team at taco bell who was working at 6:30 on Wednesday June 1st. There was a small wait inside for your order (they were VERY busy) and one man decided the wait was too long for him and began to raise his voice and be extremely rude to the employees (like that will make anything cook faster!). All of the employees responded in a very calm and polite way and was very apologetic to the man. The man stated that fast food workers are demanding $15/hrs and don't deserve it because they can't make his food fast. He said many things that offended me as a customer to the point i wanted to ask the man to leave with out his food. when they called my order the man was still up there as I thanked the employee the man whispered to me to check my food before I left, to which I just thanked the staff once again because I don't personally enjoy childish people. I walked out and saw him getting his car (still raising his voice) so I walked back in to acknowledge the staff once more and let them know that he was uncalled for and that they handled the situation in a very respectable way. I would like to especially thank the cashier who was working who managed to keep calm and stay polite through the whole encounter. I hope a manager sees this so the staff can get recognition for their fantastic work today! As a side note: my food...

Random chicken bones outside in the parking lot starting to smell (probably been there a while). Maybe under staffed? 4 people in the kitchen, I walked in, only one inside, ordered, then proceeded to wait half an hour. Somehow. They lost my ticket? Literally. Not impressed. I asked the poor kiddo if they had it yet at the 30 minute mark thinking maybe they had to make the cinnamon things or whatever still and that's why the two online pick up orders happened before me, me the two other counter orders. He was just as confused as me.

While I didn't have a problem with the cleanliness of the store in general, I wasn't pleased with the 'we clean these every half hour' signs; Cause clearly they didn't, in the 45 minutes I was there. While not overly dirty, there was the typical t.p. scraps that flutter about and odd dirt bits in the bathroom.

Food was acceptable. I will say by that point I was so hangry I'm not sure I even really tasted or enjoyed it. But it didn't upset my stomach and it passed the smell test. The kitchen appeared to be clean, and overall in good...
