My wife and I were looking for a new couch and love seat. We stumbled upon this place, we were impressed with the owners, the prices and quality of merchandise, and this was while they were in the process of moving. We bought a piece very quickly. Were told delivery would be fast and seamless. Were told they would take the existing couches away for a very cheap price.($50 or less). Then the next day got a text to say delivery was available already between 750pm and 850pm. I was working, but my wife was home. She goes to sleep early for work, but agreed. They showed up at 905, said it was $100 to remove old couches. We agreed just to get it done. They then proceeded to break our bannister going up the stairs with the first piece, then the bigger piece had to go through the back door. By now it was dark outside and getting late and the driver kept berating my wife for buying a piece that was too big( it wasnt). He also kept saying he wanted to leave already to go home because it was hard to deliver. Then he broke the plexiglass on the back door, probably out of spite. So, my wife got no sleep, we got a broken bannister, a broken back door and paid more than we thought. I just think the owners who we liked should know the company they use is a disgrace and...

I'd needed a new mattress for a long time, but the prices on quality ones meant I kept putting it off. I saw his listing on Letgo and reached out to him about his inventory. He got back to right away and invited me to ride over to his shop, which was easily accessed off the interstate. I took my daughter with me and the showroom had a wide range of mattresses we could select from and test out safely during these curious Corona virus days. The prices were so reasonable I was able to not only get myself a new mattress, but also get my daughter a new twin mattress. We've had them for over a month now and haven't slept this well in a long time! John was great to work with. He was friendly and patient as we tried different mattresses out. He responded quickly every time we reached out, kept us up to date on when the mattresses would arrive, and even followed up to see how we were sleeping after we'd had them for a few days. I found John and his business a few months ago on Facebook after buying my first home and needing a mattress and box spring. Me being slightly skeptical about it being on Facebook, I had many questions. John is nothing but professional and made me feel NOTHING but comfortable. A few weeks later, my guest room needed a mattress and box spring, so naturally, I went to John. Unfortunately though, the box spring wouldn't fit up my stairs, haha! But it wasn't an issue. John called me almost immediately so he could give me all my options and we figured out what was best for me! Having life gotten in the way, it was actually a few months later when I could actually follow through with what we had planned. Without him making me feel bad or even slightly uncomfortable that I had dropped the ball, I'm once again a happy customer.
