Annie Pace, my agent at this location, was extremely knowledgeable about my policy information. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the coverage I had. Her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction and peace of mind was truly commendable.

Despite being part of a large brand like State Farm, it was comforting to see that this small hometown branch in Sylva operated with such extraordinary standards. I switched to State Farm just today & was very impressed with their office. My agent was Wendy & she was incredibly helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with the space, as there were items for children set out and it felt more welcoming than other agencies I have been in. horrible customer service, think twice before signing up with this office. your rates will continue to change and they will blame it on you. very poor customer service, even rude to you. not sure who is training there personal but you are not valued as a customer. My rate changed three times in two months. went up a total of 70$ a month within two months of signing up. and the best part is they are rude when you call in and ask about it. you will be told its your fault or they will blame it on other services. just signed up with another large insurance company for half the price. do your shopping...
