Terrible Customer Service from management and a total disregard for Guest experience.
I used the app to place an order for two milkshakes for five dollars, the I added a combo bundle and a two for six special. The e-receipt for my order said that the milkshake offer had been applied. But I noticed I wasn’t charged the $5 for them. So upon arrival I gave my order and notified the drive through employee what I had ordered and that it didn’t show. She said not to worry just pull on around. Once there I received the order minus the two milkshakes for the kids. I explained and showed the cashier that I had ordered them on my phone and she said no problem would you like me to go ahead and place the order now and I agreed if I could apply the offer.
This is when Elisa the manager got involved. She was happy to point out that the app had problems and that wasn’t her problem and that she would not be honoring the offer since it did not show on her receipt despite her and three others verifying that I had indeed placed the order via the app. I told her that she could see it was orders and she rolled her eyes and said not my problem and she couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about it. So what exactly is the manager responsible or capable of in resolving customer issues then? She had no issues blaming the company for the problem that was a result of a poor app that she had nothing to do with and had no power or authority to do anything about it.
The employee behind her suggested that they just give them to me since I didn’t make the error, it was the app. Even though I had touched the shakes along with about three or four others at this point probably. At this point she said no she would just give them to someone else. So this is how their app works and their management team exemplifies customer service. Every employee interaction except for the manager was kind, responsive, and based on what one would expect in regards to customer service but Elisa the manager.
I suggest if you have an urge to eat fast food you just drive through or try another app. I understand that you have to work through things with apps but with Elisa as the manager, she made sure to inform me that it wasn’t her issue and that she was powerless to work through any issues that might arise.
This is not something that you want to try to explain to two toddlers. So... if that’s the case they should stop use until it has been tested and verified 100% otherwise the customer and their kids are the ones who pays the price because it is obvious that management can’t do anything and would rather just throw...
Read moreI've never written a review before. I've never had the desire to write a review before but this place has unearthed disappointment that I didn't think was ever possible.
For years (2017-2021) this Burger King has been subpar, especially compared to the other locations in the region. Usually it was just the food was over cooked and a little bland, no biggie. However, the bottom fell out once lockdown and covid mandates started ending.
First, the dining room never opened back up, lame but whatever ultimate.
Secondly, the food declined even more. Now you were lucky if you got it warm, nevermind, with a bun that wasn't stale or a patty that wasn't a hockey puck.
Last of all, the service dropped to some of the worst I've ever seen. Idk if they're apart of some government action to help employ the mentally impaired but I swear it will take a minimum of 10 minutes to get your food even with no cars infront of you.
My last outing there featured: A 2 minute wait at the menu before I was talked to (despite seeing their astounding employees just standing around talking).
A ten minute wait for a 12 dollar order (there were no cars in front of me and none behind me for most of the order).
A complete butchering of what I asked for (whopper with no pickles, I received a whopper with nothing but pickles)
This order took place at 9:30. A little late but still a decent enough hour to expect non-braindead service.
All in all, I would avoid this location at all costs. If it's a life and death scenario, I would recommend making a call to your loved once because the food would probably take to long...
Read moreI would have gave a zero star if it was an option. Employees out of uniform, very rude, handled food in an unsanitary way and location and expected customers to except food back after she touch all the food. When ask for a refund and her name for being so rude, she completely ignored us and refused to give her name and told us she would call the cops because we told her she was down right disrespectfuland extremely rude. When the customer replied go ahead you the rude and unprofessional one she got quiet and finished ringing up the refund. When she finalized the refund she was very rude and sarcastic and stating have a great day Ina snoody and sarcastic way and don't come back. She must not have realized be rude and harsh to customer is only going make her unemployed as she should be anyways. I later found out her name was Amanda when I called in to ask to speak to a manager and she answered the phone. Beware avoid Sylva Burger King if you want your food prepared correctly in a sanitary location. Extremely poor customer service as well and poor and unsanitary food quality all the way around. She needs to be fired...
