AVOID AT ALL COST. I booked a hair trial with Emily Mager. Despite the trial being decent, I was overcharged what was originally discussed. To make matters worse, she cancelled 10 days before my wedding (we spoke a week prior to her canceling and she was good to go). She blocked me from all communication afterwards, leaving me scrambling during an already stressful time.

This isn't just unprofessional - it's downright rude. I would NEVER recommend this stylist to anyone looking for reliability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, especially for an important event...

I’m not one to leave negative reviews because I know sometimes as non hair stylists it might be hard to convey what we want but I just had the worst dye job of my life here. I wanted to dye my roots to match the Color of the rest of my hair (3N) and then get a few dark chocolate brown highlights throughout keeping my hair dark while adding a little pop of Color. This is not what I got at all. My roots are still showing after! It’s insane how bad this is. Pictures attached. First picture is what I wanted and the last 2 are what I left with....
