Cecil Whittaker’s — Restaurant in Weldon Spring

I love cecil and we go there often but im very disappointed in them this last time. We had a big group first of all and they allowed 9 ppl to sit before our group...we had 11. Once we were finally seated because it took so long we asked to just be separated the waitress brought out my parents food first...pasta...extremely hot. She put in right infront of my 7 month old baby to instantly grabbed the plate and burnt his hand...she didnt even apologize or wait to see if he was ok...she just left....right after that she brought out our xl pizza and began to put it in front of the 3 toddlers!!! Do you not even know what just happened?! She said oh yah its very hot be careful....i have no words but am so...

This place was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant itself is very unassuming. We went there on a Thursday evening expecting a crowd. To our surprise there was no one there. Past experience has informed us that no crowds means bad food. DON'T BE FOOLED. THIS PLACE HAS AMAZING FOOD! We ordered the wings and pepperoni bacon pizza. The Carolina mustard sauce was exceptional. The wings were perfectly cooked and this was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Our waitress was also very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go again, and I plan to bring my family there when they visit over the holidays. I can't wait to try some of the other menu items....

I've been a fan for many years, but recently, they have gone downhill. The garden salad was just chunks of lettuce...nothing else. No tomato, onion, croutons, cheese....nothing. Just lettuce. I ordered extra hamburger on my pizza & not only did I not get that - I barely got any hamburger at all. Plus the pizza was soggy. It was bad enough, I pitched what I didn't eat. I've been very disappointed in their food lately. This isn't a one time occurrence. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but skip them for ordering delivery. There are too many good thin pizza options...
