Rules where not explained that great so i got paint in my eye from hitting my mouth went to spit paint out my mouth lifted my mask of my mouth to spit not fully of my face after match was over for a split second reff yelled at me called me negligent and proceeded to say “ you want me to hold your hand “ bruh the heck did i do to you let me shoot a paintball straight in your mouth and expect you to hold it in there and not wipe your eye out Also proceeds to make me not play the last game which was the best game mode and only one with respawns. Hats off to being rude and not fully explaining rules and then acting awkward after the fact. I even proceeded kindly after that tried joking with the reff. Did-not say anything and was awkward. Total rain on the parade and so unnecessary especially after apologizing and saying some out of pocket comment I’ll make sure to tell people about this its almost quite funny Also kept cutting games short when there were people on both teams maybe instead of standing around in the same spot and assuming the game is over actually move around and pay attention more closely cause your job is so “hard” And it was for a company outing really showed some unprofessional character there.
Per response. Was never shown video and figured it was a good time to clean eye out and spit out paint since all barrel plugs where on and was between rounds. Maybe train employees to be more clear and less defensive. Also maybe make saftey training before games have a more strict protocol on showing guest the video and what it entitles when said rules are broken felt like i wasted...
Read moreThe equipment was really sub par. The guns would stop shooting 50% of the time which was frustrating for everyone. We had to swap out many face masks because the visibility was so bad even after cleaning them. The guns were literally held together with zip ties. Comparably, we've been to another paintball place that is the same price but much better quality equipment. Additionally, not great that we pay tip upfront for the ref... While our ref was nice, he played on his phone during our games and barely paid attention so I don't think it would warrant a $50 tip. He also disappeared for 20+ minutes on the middle of our game play. We played on most of the game fields - good variety so that was nice. Pretty expensive when you have a "private party" with less-than equipment, not a great ref and no party area other than us claiming a few tables under the pavilion -- got some attitude from another mom for encroaching on "their space" because they also paid for a private party. We picked the most expensive package with as much ammo as possible and we had almost two boxes of leftover ammo given the gaps in game play. Luckily the crew made the best of it and had a great time anyway! We did get to bring in coolers with drinks for when we had breaks so that...
Read moreFirst visit, but I’ll def return.
We arrived on a beautiful fall day, cool enough so the kids didn’t get overheated.
We were all first timers so we were nervous but the staff eased our worries, went over safety, and assured a great time. The kids had a blast!
KUDOS to Camryn, who was an awesome referee and so easy going and kind. She was very patient with the boys and helpful for the dads. Much appreciated.
A few recommendations: Please put up a sign on the road because it is very easy to miss the turn, especially with a car full of kids.
Upgrade the speakers on your safety video—it was hard to hear when the building was full of people.
Consider a water station closer to the fields to allow for easier cleaning of face masks.
Overall a 5 star experience. I can tell you thought through the processes because things ran smoothly despite a VERY busy day. I did NOT ever feel rushed through even though they were busy. There aldi wasn’t pressure for...
