I got my navel pierced here 2 weeks ago and the jewerly cap ended up coming off causing the piercing to fall out. No biggie! I work and move around a lot, so it wasn't totally unexpected, nor their fault. We went in the same day and the lady was so sweet, she ended up having to repierce it as the middle was already shut and this was all free of charge despite her not being the original piercer. We ended up tipping $20 as she was awesome. All of the staff is super nice and they make sure to try to keep you as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be going back for future piercings !

Kevin is the man! We booked him for the day, it was a family tattoo “party”! This was one of many for my husband and I but we also had 2 tattoo virgins and 2 getting their 2nd one after 15 year. He made sure all of us had an amazing experience we’d never forget and tattoos we’d love forever. The rest of the staff is super f**kin awesome too, Grasshopper put 2 amazing holes in my head while I waited my turn for my tattoo. The other artists and the apprentices were awesome too! I received a tattoo about a year ago from an artist who is no longer there. I went in today to see if it could be fixed. I fully expected to be told it was going to be expensive and a process. Well those things are true, but Sammie agreed to fix it and honor the free touch ups. This is not how any of the tattoo shops I’ve ever walked into work.
