I contacted Jose from shadow tint after a quick Google search to get my windows tinted on my car, shadow tint shows a 5 star rating on Google so I thought it would be good since I just purchased my new car, I spoke with him and scheduled a Saturday since I work 2nd shift and would have to wait for my car and I made that very clear that I work everyday including weekends, I left work early Saturday afternoon and headed over, I gave him a call to let him know I was In route and he told me he scheduled 6 more cars ahead of me and there's no way I'd get done, and to call him another time, um ok? So I waited, I contacted him again and rescheduled, he told me I can come Saturday or Sunday that he was gonna open both days, so yet again I scheduled for after work on Saturday, I again left work early and drove down, when I walked in to drop my car he had no idea who I was, and told me yet again there where a bunch of cars and it would be hours before getting to it if that, so I said fine I'll do Sunday like we talked about, and he told me he's not open it's there only day of? Why give me the option of Sunday if he's off?I can understand if it was just him but there was at least 2 other guys working on a car when I walked in, not to mention when I opened the door out of respect I waited there instead of walking through his shop and I was told " common come here" like I was bothering them, and at the the end I was told again to just call again another time, my first and only experience was horrible and I felt like my business wasn't needed or I wasn't good enough for some reason, I just wanted to get my windows done on my new car, it's not that serious of a job, I did call another shop and they where happy to get me in on a day thats good for me, called, scheduled and waiting to get in, if anyone's getting there windows done for the first time. Absolutely amazing service!! Any Tesla owners in the area looking to get tinted, I’d highly recommend Shadow Tint LLC to get the job done! They did an absolutely exceptional job on my Model 3! They didn’t take any short cuts or try convincing me to do the half piece for the rear windshield like some other shops did. They did exactly what I wanted, and I can’t say I’m anything but satisfied with the results! It turned out exactly how I wanted!! Although they didn’t have the tint I wanted for the front windshield when I first called, Jose, the owner, was VERY friendly and understanding and was able to solve, order it, and throw the tint on my car within days of calling! To anyone wondering, I got nano ceramic tint all around and I do have to say I didn’t expect it to be this effective, but mannn does it do it’s job blocking the UV and IR rays!! My car is so much cooler in the dead heat of the sun and I just love stepping into it to escape the scorching heat! As for the overall price (and I’ve been quoted from other shops) Shadow Tint LLC’s price was UNBEATABLE!!! Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the service and friendliness of the shop, and quality, price, and turnout of this tint! Just got my Audi A6 tinted from 2 guys at shadow tint and they did a fantastic job. Being a car guy, I’m super picky with who i allow to even touch my car, but I’m glad i chose the guys at shadow tint. Not only was the owner and his assistant very professional, they were also a very nice guys, and super pleasant to work with. Their garage was very clean and i could just tell that the owner really cared about the quality of work they’re putting out. They have a brand new machine that digitally measures and pre-cuts all the window tint to match the exact manufacturer specifications of the windows. Which not only saved a lot of time, but made the end product look immaculate! They did all 4 doors, 2 quarter glasses, back glass and front windshield eyebrow on my Audi A6 in under 3 hours, and all for $260. You literally can’t beat that price anywhere around here, and for the quality of work they do, they should be charging $325-$400 minimum to do a full car. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. I will definitely be sending them referrals, and any future tint jobs i have done, will only be done by these guys.
