Whoever the cook was tonight should be reevaluated! It’s one thing to have to send something back because it’s wrong or not done but to have to send the same order back TWICE is ridiculous! We loved going to the Slice. Been there for years. Twice in the last month we’ve been there and it was such a disappointment. The wings aren’t anything like they used to be. I’ll be completely honest I am a manager in the banking industry and customer service is critical and food service should be no different! Our waitress Jessica was nothing short of AMAZING! I felt so bad for her dealing with these issues. Food such as a gizmo taking 47 minutes is insane, cheesesteak almost an hour and cheese fries that never even made it to the table. We had a large party 13 of us, 3 tables Jessica did her thing! She was on top of the drinks, the poor food, the delays in our orders. Very apologetic to us all. But that cook sheesh something gotta give. You cannot serve undercooked chicken PERIOD! The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because of how great Jessica was!

Read moreI went here with a friend . I had never been there and figured who doesn’t like wings ? I get there and they take our order . We both ordered wings . Her wings came out and I had to wait on mine . After 10-12 minutes I no longer wanted them . I go up to my server and let her know to cancel the order . She said “ They don’t come out yet ? Did you want them to go ? “ No that is okay just cancel them . I was okay to this point . Then the manager comes out and says I’m going to have to pay for the food that I never got . Huh ? Absolutely not . She wanted to look at video to see how long it was . That was super unprofessional and petty to me . Long story short they didn’t make me pay for the food I never got and gave me a gift card for free wings that instantly gave to my friend because I never plan on going back . The entire experience wild to me . ( first review I ever left by the way . I’m normally not that guy ) Update = After I gave my friend the gift card for wings she went back to have lunch . She gave them the gift card to pay for her meal and there was only 58 cents on it . So had I went back to try to make good on my bad first experience I would have had a second bad experience. Read moreWe asked for extra sauce and they just dumped a bunch of sauce on top of the pizza instead of between the cheese and dough, very lazy. Additionally, the cheaper toppings on the pizza were overloaded. We got mushrooms and sausage. It might as well had been a mushroom pizza. The phone line said you must order online, so we ordered online. Unfortunately, the website isn't equipped for pizza and wings lovers. Pizza was basic, tomato sauce was typical and had no favor or seasoning. Cheese was non-existent and the pizza had air bubbles. Online we chose 3 wing flavors for 12 wings. Website allows you to choose up to 5 wings sauces, but the restaurant only gives you one choice that the restaurant randomly chooses. The could have called or let folks know on the site. This is some of the worse pizza and wings I've had in years. Delivery driver was smoking in his car which translates to your food, delivery driver also was 30 minutes late on a delivery and he was reprimanded in front of customers which speaks to service and atomsphere.
