United States Postal Service — Local services in Wernersville

This is actually Shellie Noll the wife of Earl Noll. Beth from the Wernersville Post Office went the extra mile for me today and located a package from my son that has been in Philadelphia since December 19. The package was sent from Coral Springs, Florida on December 14th or so after he waited in line for one hour at the P.O. there.

This package is for both Xmas and my birthday which is December 31. My son is a first responder with the Broward County Sheriff's Department and works long hours. The lovely Miss Beth from the Wernersville P. O. finally got the package moving, so hopefully I will get it in a few days. Beth is an outstanding Postal Worker and I wish her a very Happy New Year too. I also have a fondness for my mailman Joe and my friend Kimmie who is another Postal Worker in Wernersville. Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible.She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully. When you call, don't expect anyone to answer the phone. I've been calling for days trying to get someone to help me understand why the mail carrier has skipped several of our houses for days now. We are now going on four days of not getting any mail, and I have the informed delivery emails showing what was supposed to be delivered each of those days. If you go to the post office and deal with the man with the ponytail, be prepared to leave, wishing never to go back. He's one of the grumpiest people I've ever encountered.
