To preface this, I previously drove an hour to get my nails done by Tonii at Youthful You because she is a talented nail tech. However, the customer service at the salon is HORRIBLE.
The day of my service (acrylic refill), I called the salon to confirm my appointment & made the salon aware that I am driving from far. The salon confirmed my appointment. I did not hear anything else from them. I drove to my appointment just to be informed that Tonii left early due to sickness. Yet, no one notified me. I expressed my frustration about driving a long distance and not being provided a service and they had little to no remorse.
I reached out to Tonii a day later just to be told that sheād not offer any additional discount or free service. Essentially, she chalked the encounter to being āno oneās fault.ā I expressed my annoyance and dissatisfaction, and she responded by threatening my patronage at Youthful You. Iāve had facials and eyebrow tinting here and loved the results. The owner is one of the kindest, generous people Iāve ever met and has a gentle touch and demeanor in explaining the service you are receiving. Her daughter at reception greeted me with a cheerful smile and assisted me right away. I have a lot of body pain especially in my back from being a paratrooper so she recommended a massage. Iāll be scheduling one soon as they have treated me so well that I finally found a place that treats you as a VIP no mater who you are. Even the other clients I met were so kind and easy to talk to. The place was clean and the owner was very friendly. The technician thoroughly explained the process and everything appeared clean. Unfortunately, she didnāt apply the ink evenly during the first visit, which I didnāt initially notice with all the swelling, ink smears, and bleeding.
