First time ever visiting Epperson. It's so beautiful! Fun for the whole family. Great prices and plenty of things to do on a hot day. The white sand makes you feel like you're on the beach. There is plenty of free parking and handicap parking. The only thing is you can't bring your own water or food in, but they have a bar and a restaurant with decent prices. They provide lockers at the restroom areas. Beautiful!

This place is beautiful but a rip off. They charge you $20 to get in and you can't use the lagoon to swim. You are restricted to about a fifty foot area to swim. Each swimming area is that size. After charging you $20 to get in they charge you extra for everything else. If you do everything you'll spend $60 a person not counting food or drinks. Trust me don't want your money. Very...
