Today I wanted to drink my latte and of course at drive through! I usually drink a venti Latte and I know what size the glass should be. When the guy gave me my order, I asked twice if it was definitely venti size, it looks small. The guy smiled and said: well, sorry, for this. I started drinking coffee and left, at that time my son saw the inscription “Gr” on the cup and said that it was grande! I decided to go back and say that he was mistaken, I paid for the Venti and want to get my order. The guy took my cup and left. Then a bossy lady came to the window and told me in a stern tone that next time when I want to return my order, I should not drink it! Seriously??? I would like to answer that next time they need to be more attentive to customers! It was 3 pm and there were no people at the drive through! Nobody rushed… People, what kind of service is this? Is this normal? They don’t care about customers!!! Price is high and no good service! I don't want to buy anything...
Read moreOrdered a white mocha it wasn't made correctly.. something was wrong it tasted burnt .bitter. not sure I went back the next day and ordered another one mentioned that the day before it was bad. They said sorry then said that will be $ 6.90 I guess you have to get crazy and demand reasonable solution. I just left with my drink after I paid. It wasn't much better. Guess I won't go there anymore. Sad. going to try the French place that opened up. Paris baguette. Update ... Response from Starbucks location.owner is automated. I looked at other reviews.. same. Seems to big the pattern. What good are reviews if they don't want to make good on an issue or at least read them so they can try to fix problems...
