I’m highly disappointed considering that this is a new location that is conveniently located(3 mins) near my home but after the last few times, I will no longer frequent this establishment anymore. I made multiple attempts to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were new but never again. I purchase meals at CFA at least 2-3 weekly and not only has the customer service declined, but the food quality as well. Ryan C is the rudest person/manager that I’ve ever experienced in my life. After waiting 30 mins, Ryan brought my food out with zero empathy and went back and forth with me when I stated that I had been waiting for 30 mins even after showing him the receipt. To add insult to injury, I made it home to discover that my order was incorrect. I called and Ryan answered with a fake apology and told me that he would add rewards to my acct for the mess up/inconvenience. A week passed and still nothing. I called again, Ryan answered once again and stated that “the person who does the rewards must’ve forgotten to add it”…wow really?! I had to contact corporate because it still wasn’t on my account after waiting 3 more days. How is he even a manager??? He is tarnishing Chick Fil A’s reputation altogether.

Read moreWe’re long-time Chick-fil-A fans and had been eagerly waiting for the new location at Epperson to open. Although we missed the grand opening while we were out of town, we made sure to visit as soon as we returned and it was worth the wait!
As expected, the food was delicious - our favorite sandwiches were just as amazing as always. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the exceptional kindness and warmth of Karie, an elderly staff member who felt like a motherly figure.
From the moment we walked in, Karie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She checked on us several times, making sure we had everything we needed. At one point, I casually mentioned we might get ice cream after our meal. When we finished eating and I started placing the order, Karie rushed over and said, “You told me you’d order an ice cream, right?” I smiled and said I was already ordering it on my phone to which she gently insisted, “Please don’t - it’s on us.”
Her gesture, and the heartfelt way she delivered it, made it feel like we were being cared for by a beloved aunt who had known us for years. It truly elevated the experience and reminded us that great service can be just as memorable as great food.
I sincerely hope Karie finds joy and fulfillment in every part of her life. She deserves it, and more.

Read moreHopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism for the new location. We’ve been to this location 3times now. Big fans of Chick-Fil-A and all three times have been lack luster. 1st time, our salads were completely wrong. Missing ingredients and it looked like the lettuce was the last of the barrel with barely nothing left either. Unfortunately the same thing for the second time, with the same order. Maybe we just shouldn’t order food? Third, which will be our last, I ordered two milkshakes. Took 16mins to get them while watching multiple other after me get their full entree orders. When I check on them at the 13min mark, the manager had a bit of an attitude when relaying to me that they’re backed up. Although I’ve watched full entree orders that were placed after me, multiples, get served to guests. Would also like to note that the employees were noticeably walking/working quite slow for being backed up and with only one person at the register. I imagine this location was expected to be extremely busy and maybe should’ve been staffed with more employees as well as ones that know how to hustle. Unfortunately going to this location is not worth multiple messed up orders, 16mins for two milkshakes and add in an attitude of irritation from a manager when checking in on it.
My daughter likes the play area so that’s nice. Plenty of bigger playgrounds around here...
