Starbucks — Restaurant in Wesley Chapel

Really disappointed with my experience today. I have a toddler at home and after a full day of working, had to take an online course from 5-7:45 PM. I decided I’d do the class from this starbucks since it’s close to home. Trust me, I didn’t want to be there any more than the workers did, but I couldn’t be distracted by my toddler or interrupt her bedtime. They turned the music up so loud at 7:15 that my classmates noticed through my headphones. It was so embarrassing. They made jokes and thought I was at a party. I couldn’t focus on my class. I took my headphones off to leave at 7:45 as one of the baristas was complaining saying “just LEAVE.” I’m a working mom and I was so tired. I had a bad day. I just needed some kindness. I didn’t stay there until close. It was never my intention to do so. I’ve worked in restaurants and I understand. But it was so unkind. It made a bad day worse. Understand that careless acts can make or ruin someone’s day. You never know what a stranger is...

Hands down the worst service ever! I went in at 8am, the store was empty, all 6 employees there were working the drive thru. No one acknowledged me coming in, I stood at the register and waited for someone to look my way and when they did I was met with silence. I asked if I could get some help, I was only ordering 2 cake pops. They very rudely told me someone would be with me. Again there are 6 people and their main concern was the drive thru. When someone finally came up it was as if I was interrupting her day.

If this had been the first time this happened, I would’ve brushed it off but the people there are always rude. It’ll be my last time going there. I work in the service industry and I was blown away by how rude EVERYONE was. It wasn’t just one person. They all seemed to just not care about who’s spending money there. Drinks were GREAT!!! Service however was below average, 1st time to this location and the associate that took the order seemed bothered by our presence 20 minutes before closing ( didn't realize this store closes at 8:00) my usual location is open till 9:00. He was very sarcastic in his tone, when my final drink was finished he slid it across the counter without even turning around just shouted out my name over his shoulder and promptly went back to his closing duties, as I gathered up my 3 drinks and yelled have a GREAT night and got no response from him but the coworker did say it back. Won't visit this location in epperson again, I'll drive a little further for friendlier service, or better yet the publix across the street has a barista bar with equal flavored drinks with 1st...
