DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I came here for a screening then two days later they called me and said can I come back to give them one tube of blood. I live nowhere near this state. I flew in and left the next day so I booked a flight and came back to give them ONE tube of blood. Flight was $450 each time. They were training people during the initial screening and the second time I came. The trainees were the one taking blood and doing everything which almost disqualified me because she said my veins weren’t good but the nurse with more experience came and checked and said that they were. Like she was already putting it in the system before the second nurse checked. So they called me the next day after I gave the tube of blood and said I was accepted into the study. I go there the day before intake day and booked a hotel to be there the next day at 5am. When I got there they let another participant come the night before and stay there. They could’ve told me that so I wouldn’t waste money on a hotel. They took more blood on intake day and did basically another screening. They gave me a Gatorade and said I was dehydrated and they’ll take my blood again. They took it again and came back and told me I wasn’t accepted into the study and that I had to leave. They never gave me a reason. By this time it was about 5pm. I caught/ 2 of the night nurses talking about me. One young asian lady and a a Caucasian female. I never received any type of compensation. They were supposed to to send a check for the screening and never did and it was days between each of these things happening. They also told me I can only come on 3 of the days of the following week which wasn’t true. They sent me a text still screening after those dates. I spent over $2,000 just with flights, hotels, and Ubers to get to this place just to be denied. After leaving here I had severe pain in my arm where they drew blood. So today I went and screened or was going to screen for Floyd MAD study. It paid 2625 for 10 days in house and 2 out patient visits. When I phone screened the day before I asked what the breakdown of payments was. (When and how much they were paying) for example 1k when you leave and the rest after the out patient visits. The phone person said that information would be provided at screening. That they could no longer give that out over the phone. I got to my appointment (2 hour drive each way) to look at the documents on payments..... We would be in house 10 days and come back for an outpatient follow up and receive 275.00 of the 2625!!! In essence we give up 10 days and a follow up and get 275 while spaulding keeps OUR money WE EARNED in their account for an additional 20 to 30 days!!!! I asked to speak to a recruiting manager and she had so little integrity as to lie and state that Other companies in Wisconsin give you NOTHING for 21 days after completion. Naming Covance specifically. She went on to tell me that she was very close to a covance manager and they just spoke yesterday and it was confirmed that Covance pays that way. I assured her that I have done work with covance and that it was NOT my experience. She was straight up untruthful. You cant have that kind of thing going on at a facility that is putting experimental drugs...

Remember when Spaulding Clinical was great to go too? I do. Now their automated phone system does not work, when you finally do talk to someone in "recruitment" they are robots that have no idea what they are talking about and cant help you or give you the wrong information. They set up appointments just to either cancel with you the night before by text or to say "recruitment" made an error and you cant screen for this study even though you went through the whole process the week before and you think your all set (I kid you not they did this to me 3 times!!! They sit on your money for a month after the studies over just to lie to you that its been "sent out" but the postmark date is 5 days after they said they sent it. During screening its a disorganized mess for the most part. Remember when you could be done in 2 maybe 2.5 hours and you filled out 3 pages? Now its 7 pages they ask you the same question 11 times and it takes a hour just to get past the front desk. What I would not give for it to be the...
