I was having issues with a slow computer so I took it here for a hard drive replacement. Mark was very knowledgeable and honest, informing me that a new hard drive wouldn't fix my computers issue and instead did some cleaning up and other services to improve my computers performancr for a fair and reasonable price. Mark came to house when he said he would. He spent 30 minutes trying to fix but had to bring back to his shop. With further diagnostics he found my 2018 hard drive was bad. He salvaged almost everything from this drive onto a new drive and reinstalled new programs. He returned my computer, and defective old drive and made sure everything was working as it should on the new one. A lot of work for a more than fair price by a guy who keeps you in the know. ...
