First off….. What you calling a women “kitty” for! Totally uncalled for and unprofessional! But that’s your fort-aye I guess. The husband never yelled at you, he simply asked you to help fix what you created. Cause 3 separate places I took to, to get the AC fixed said it was all related to the mess of wiring you did. Was a frayed, disconnected wire from your work! The wiring the others wouldn’t touch cause it wasn’t their work. So I brought it back to you to look at and fix, remove, or whatever to help. You refused to help cause you said in 25 years you’ve NEVER made a mistake. So I guess you’re the first person in this world that is NEVER made a mistake. Yes, I was then frustrated! Especially cause you couldn’t acknowledge a mistake a help a customer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And you get upset cause someone gets mad at you? Get over yourself! Instead you cost us a month without vehicle and $1000 to get it fixed cause you couldn’t acknowledge. And Donuts….. how does that come up since it was never mentioned in review?! The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The owner is arrogant and condescending, telling you he doesn't need your business and because he can pick and choose who he deals with. Brought him a vehicle to do a complete install, wanted a new head unit, subs, amp and additional speakers from a vehicle that was missing the factory unit. The interior was gutted exposing all existing wires and wiring harness for a simple and quick install. I do NOT know how this man is still in business. Do yourself a favor and relieve a headache before it begins... GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!

But beware.... He doesn't like negative reviews, he will call the police and say he has never done business with you and he doesn't want you on his property... NO KIDDING, That's why the review, I'll never go back.... & feel the need to warn others of his horrible customer interaction.

When actually he has, stepson and wife have had work done there, I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day when they both told me not...

Needed a boost to the sound system in my brand new vehicle. Took it to Bruce, told him what I was looking for, and he advised what would work best. He was up front about cost, time, warranties, and what to expect. His prices were the best around. Work was professional and he was conscientious of not drilling or screwing anything into my new vehicle. Best of all, he was 100% correct about what the system needed. It sounds fantastic and instead of trying to sell me a much more expensive and involved upgrade, which he easily could have done as I expressed my ignorance, he was honest and fair. Hard to find these days....
