When this place first opened I came in and placed an order and was there for over an hour and paid a pretty high price for a very small portion of food. Given the fact they were brand new, I wanted to wait and give them another try. I placed my order on DoorDash for pickup around 11:30am and was told my order would be ready to pickup at 12:25pm. I got there around 12:35pm and they told me they’d still need about 15 minutes before the food was ready. I was annoyed that I placed the order online and even showed up a little late so I wouldn’t have to wait but still had to. Once I got to my car I opened the food to begin eating and the food inside was cold. I’m not sure why I had to wait so long for my food just for it to be cold anyways. On top of it being cold, the portions were once again very small. I had to dig around in the sauce to even find one of the maybe five pieces of chicken in the dish. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anybody. The service is horrible and the quality of the food isn’t even good to make up for it. I suggest just making the trip to Aaha Indian Cuisine in Weymouth instead. Don’t even bother wasting your time...
Read moreI was highly annoyed and disappointed with my meal. I got the chicken tikka masala. My chicken was quite literally, ice cold. It was frozen, mixed in with sauce. Which the sauce was also colder than it should’ve been. The owner mentioned that the chicken is marinated and kept in the fridge and that’s why it got so cold. I believe that the chicken is precooked and added to the sauces to make the dish. Because with boneless chicken and a 30 min wait time. How could it have been cooked through, yet frozen in the middle if it was fresh chicken. My husbands palak paneer was absolutely divine though and the garlic naan was some of the best that I’ve had. Which is why I am so sad, because I thought all the food would come out tasting as good as the palak paneer and naan was. What’s even more disappointing is that, being served ice cold food is bad enough. But was offered NOTHING to make up for that. No drink, no extra naan, nothing at all except and apology and warming it up. I will...
Read moreMy wife and I went in after we decided to have Indian cuisine for lunch today and this was the closest offering to us. There is no restroom for customers even though they have tables and chairs set up for dine-in. The Paneer was outstanding, possibly the best I have ever had, but the second course was absolutely horrible. The boneless chicken in my wife's food was literally frozen, there were ice crystals inside of it still. I ordered the bone in chicken biryani and there was more bones in the bowl than actual chicken meat and what meat was there was very hard, the sauce was also completely broken. I believe the meat is all frozen and defrosted and cooked in the sauces to order. It took 30 minutes just to get out food and even after we told them her food was frozen we only got excuses and no offer to fix it beyond making a new one. We paid up from so it's not even like they can take it off of the check. The rice was not fresh either. I would never...
