I've shopped here a few times, customer service is so-so. You'll get a few quality people but overall expect an average reception.
My most recent experience was poor. (Customer service at the Mulhauser branch was 3/5.)
My furniture arrived late. They asked me to be home around 1230 and the furniture arrived at 5:30/6pm. (Yes, you do give delivery times.) The second delivery arrived at 10pm on a weeknight.
This is the problem... These deliveries should be at a reasonable hour. It would be in the companies best interest to invest in 1) more trucks or 2) a quality delivery service. You should invest in your company to ensure your customers feel comfortable with spending their hard earned money in your store.
Overall, customer service is adequate but needs help. Your delivery service for 70$ is an absolute joke. Unfortunately it ruins the entire experience as it seriously compromises the customer's trust in the process. There is no communication between Delivery Drivers, Store and Customer without the customer calling in and asking, "Where is the furniture?". The delivery times are ridiculous... 10pm, really? Figure this out immediately. The solution isn't difficult.

If you are on a budget and need something reasonably priced go to American Freight Furniture and Mattress. Expect average customer service and an absolutely horrible delivery service.
Otherwise, go shop at one of these furniture stores that are in the same area: Havertys Furniture, Bargains and Buyouts, Sims Furniture, Value City Furniture, Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse, Frontroom Furnishings and many more within the 275 loop and 75 North/South.

Read moreAVOID. We were attempting to fulfill a mattress claim at this location and ran into multiple issues. 1. The stores constantly referred us online and to customer service, refusing to assist. 2. It took nearly two months to even get a claim started. 3. When we finally had a claim approved for replacement, we were told we could ONLY fulfill at the location we bought it at despite having moved and another location being more convenient. We called this location to try to set it up, providing ALL the details, and were forced to drive 45 minutes. 4. Upon arriving, Ethan(who for some reason had trouble finding my husband’s claim despite being provided all pertinent details AND being an assistant manager) told us that the mattress bought in 2018 was somehow HIGHER in cost now despite having no difference and being the exact same model. Fun fact, prices go up for items that are newer, not vice versa, and that fulfilling a delivery out of that location would put us out over $300, despite the mattress we were replacing being that much. I called, tried to see if an exception could be made and to meet us halfway on cost, got a “nope,” and said we could look into “cheaper” models. Who wants a cheap mattress? We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping and you want us to get a lesser model because you don’t want to meet halfway? And $110 for delivery?? We attempted to fulfill at a closer location to us but was refused, it’s not on us that y’all don’t service out of multiple locations. We’re all people, and we know that some of those mattresses aren’t of good quality. The way returns and exchanges work is that swapping for a same model comes at no additional cost to the customer, but I guess AF is the exception. Unprofessional, lazy, and 10/10 do not recommend. Also gave Lowkey racist vibes, but that’s another story.

Was told I would receive a call the morning of delivery, here it is 730 at night and no word on delivery or don't even know if it will be delivered Tonite, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service, knew I should have went to furniture fair, lesson learned, would never go back, any chance I can leave a negative one review, still no coffee table or end tables, over a month, place keeps getting better and better, also love how as soon as one bad review goes up another 4 5 star pop up, always stating how good Ethan or someone else is, that's when you know it's a friend , these are bs reviews to offset the terrible reviews, this place is not a good place to shop, thinking your helping a friend with a fake review is just screwing over other potential victims of this place, in no way is this a good business at all, almost to the point I feel they should be looked into for their practices. Stephanie has 20 reviews on same place, go figure. Update on this comedy show, was finally set for delivery on coffee table and end tables today, no call no show, got hold of them, said they don't deliver in certain weather, its rain, not bad rain, told them we we're gonna get hold of corporate, said go ahead, won't get you your furniture any quicker, that's what you will deal with, good luck if decide to go through this place, but I wouldnt. Another day another update for this so called company, 2 days in a row waited all day on coffee table and end tables, 2 days they cancelled delivery at last minute, even though they guaranteed delivery today, can't stress enough if you buy from these clowns it's a foolish mistake, this has been an on going battle for months with this so called company, and keeps getting worse, and no one there...
