Play volleyball here and they still owe us shirts for winning our session in 2024… would not recommend play volleyball here

To be clear, my team won session 2 (summer session) in 2024. End of season came and no shirts were given out. I called the restaurant in November asking when we'd get the shirts and was told the restaurant does not deal with Volleyball shirts anymore and to email the volleyball staff which I did on 11/13/24 and received a response on 3/1/25 saying we'd have our shirts the first day of session 1 of 2025. That day came and we were short 2 medium shirts. I made that known to the staff and they said they're waiting from the T-shirt company to get the rest. After checking back several weeks in a row asking if they'd come in yet I was finally told they'd be in when they receive Spring sessions shirts (session 1 2025). That day came on 7/23/25 and I asked if our shirts were in and was told no they're still working with the t-shirt company to get them. I asked if they'd be in next week and was given a shrug.

Ownership can pass the blame on the t-shirt company and my team for not reaching out to the restaurant (which we did) but can't take any accountability for their mistakes and shortcomings. Why would we reach out to the restaurant when we were told the restaurant doesn't handle that anymore?

I will say I got a message from the volleyball staff shortly after this review was written and it sounds like they may be finally working on getting our shirts, but we'll see. Happy to remove this review once this has...

Been here twice and first time the service was slow, the drinks were fairly watered down (even though they boast at having 200 bourbons on site), food was bland no presentation and almost soggy looking (I had a steak sandwich or something of the sort definitely not memorable) my fries were soggy and I made the HUGE mistake of ordering blue cheese cole slaw. That bill was only like 40$ with drinks so I let it slide. Second trip was worse than first! Service is super slow u will wait an average of 15-20 mins before even being asked what you want to drink, then we come to food.... I ordered a 10oz steak cooked well done and potato and salad. How can u mess this up? Well the food came out and my plate is filled with brown taco lettuce and some unopened butter packs randomly thrown on the plate, steak was well done as requested but had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I literally drowned it in a1 to reduce the choking of the dry meat. My potato looked as if it were 80 years old and needed some moisture and the unopened butter just sitting on the bed of taco lettuce wouldve been better inside the fairly cold potato. The salad was starting to wilt. Had to ask for refills every time and my bill came out to 50!!! No drinks just ice tea and a steak plate RIDICULOUS. Longhorn would've gave me a 28oz porterhouse for a tad bit less. Plenty of parking and if u like volleyball they have that but food? This stuff is for 80 year old people with diabetes and...

Worst service we have ever had in our lives. We ordered two appetizers that were inedible! Chicken wings were under cooked. The deviled eggs tasted like yolk mixed with plain mustard. (We inquired with the server before ordering the eggs and she assured us they were prepared with pickle relish and seasoned with paprika. This was untrue)The spinach salad had very little dressing on a huge bowl of spinach. Our other entree was cod strips and fries. Both were cold and stale tasting . The only item we have no complaints about is the French onion soup. While we dined we were never offered a refill on our beverages. WATER and lemonade?!! Water?!? Our server didn’t visit the table other than to ask did we want her to take the plates away from the table , she didn’t ask was there anything we needed or did we want anything else !!!! .. we were shocked so we said yes, bring the check , waiting for her to ask what was wrong and why we hadn’t eaten the food at all ? She never asked and then left the bill on the table for an additional 15 mins as she served other tables. She finally came to retrieve the check and payment and processed it. NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY MUCH LESS ANY OF THE FOOD COMPED!? Horrible experience completely! In my lifetime I’ve never left an establishment without tipping at least something.
