Do not use this company. there services are offered through fischer homes. The equipment they install is low grade equipment. In fact I had to replace all the internet equipment they installed at the house. Cameras are low grade and not as clear as other cameras on the market. The security system keeps going off for no reason. I called and left messages and nobody returned my call. At this point I just want them to turn off my security system so I can go with someone else. They still haven't turned it off after months of calling. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Worst system I've ever owned. The alarm goes off all the time for no reason. The video camera history has never worked correctly. I can't wait for the 3 year...

Mike Roberts and the team at Multisource have been amazing! We have a new home that was completed in February 2021 in Union, KY. Mike was wonderful to work with throughout the design process, and the installation team are true professionals. We added everything - whole home hardwired networking, alarm system, outdoor cameras, and hardwired Sonos throughout the entire house. They did such a great job that we also invited them back to help with our outdoor space.

MultiSource has been installing equipment in our home for 9 years .. since we moved to Cinci. They have installed indoor and outdoor speakers , an outstanding sound system, security , and most recently cameras for outside our home. The installer and Mike showed us how to download the App to go along with other the cameras they installed. Everything is done TopNotch with this company. We continue to be pleased with their customer service and work quality. They always go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you...
